Description

  • Own customer growth, delight, and retention for complex customers requiring higher-touch service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across customer teams.
  • Lead strategy conversations that help customers maximize value from their HubSpot investment.
  • Define customer success plans and roadmaps, sharing accountability for achieving outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health, create risk mitigation plans, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot teams and executive leadership to support adoption and renewals.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by connecting customers with the right resources.
  • Provide forecasting insights to the Contract Management team around upcoming renewals.
  • Use AI, data, and Success Excellence Metrics to consult at scale and improve your impact.

Requirements

  • Experience owning, maintaining, and driving customer relationships in a quota-carrying or retention-carrying role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention or revenue goals in SaaS or Customer Success.
  • Experience using AI tools and predictive insights to scale customer impact.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, written, and in-person interactions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect solutions to customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across a diverse portfolio.
  • Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.
  • Experience working with complex customers or higher-touch accounts is implied and preferred.
