Description

  • Build and manage the customer journey from lead through purchase, ensuring data is captured at each stage.
  • Identify gaps across the website CRM, EPOS, and marketing tools, and establish streamlined workflows.
  • Set up and manage email marketing, social scheduling, review monitoring, and customer responses.
  • Triage the business inbox and help establish an effective email management system.
  • Create labels and marketing materials in Canva and prepare print-ready assets.
  • Manage print procurement and track supplier deliveries.
  • Build and maintain supplier and competitor databases through organization and ongoing research.
  • Create SOP documentation from videos and notes for staff use.
  • Research market trends and propose campaign ideas to the founder.
  • Set up a VoIP phone system and support future AI agent deployments for reviews, email triage, and price tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, n8n, AI tools, or custom GPTs.
  • Strong Canva skills; Adobe Express experience is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo or alternatively Mailchimp.
  • Comfort using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Graphic and print design experience, including a portfolio, is preferred.
  • Prior food industry experience is preferred.
