Description

  • Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and follow up quickly on leads.
  • Confirm appointment dates, times, and consultation details with clients.
  • Manage and maintain the appointment calendar in HoneyBook.
  • Monitor, organise, and respond to emails using the assigned client email account.
  • Post social media content using the client’s provided templates and guidelines.
  • Keep client communication professional, timely, and well-organized.
  • Ensure no inquiries or scheduling details fall through the cracks.
  • Support the client’s day-to-day operations so they can focus on delivering events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Strong professional written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide fast, reliable follow-up and work to tight response-time expectations.
  • Comfortable handling email correspondence on behalf of the client.
  • Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail for scheduling accuracy.
  • No prior HoneyBook experience required; training will be provided.
  • Experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or floral industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HoneyBook or similar CRM/booking platforms is preferred.
  • Comfortable posting to social media from provided templates is preferred.
