Description

  • Manage and organize multiple email inboxes, including setting up rules, filters, and automations.
  • Respond to supplier and internal emails on behalf of the client and summarize key updates.
  • Work in Shopify to manage product-related tasks and support connected workflows.
  • Research, implement, and work with Shopify apps and integrations.
  • Assist with improving systems, operational processes, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, social media, and other content initiatives.
  • Create and edit visual content using Canva or similar tools.
  • Track data, maintain KPI reporting, and upload or organize information for reporting tools.
  • Create furniture layouts, mood boards, room concepts, and other visual representations for customers.
  • Support visual content creation for marketing campaigns and product presentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and systems mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including apps and integrations.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Experience creating visual content, layouts, or product presentations.
  • Strong email management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and managing varied daily tasks.
  • Power BI experience is a nice to have.
  • Email marketing experience is a nice to have.
  • Experience with automation or AI tools is a nice to have.
