Description

  • Research rental comparables and prepare pricing summaries to support listing and pricing decisions.
  • Create, update, and monitor property listings across rental platforms and marketplaces.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, send pre-screening forms, and coordinate showings within required timeframes.
  • Review applications, organize applicant documents, and coordinate background and credit checks.
  • Support lease preparation, e-signature collection, and move-in onboarding workflows.
  • Track rent payments, send reminders, issue receipts, and assist with overdue payment follow-up.
  • Log, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • Track lease expirations, manage renewals and move-outs, and maintain related documentation.
  • Manage communication and records across Gmail, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and property platforms.
  • Coordinate utility setup, transfers, cancellations, and related account documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior hands-on property management operations experience.
  • Experience handling direct tenant communication.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance requests, and operational follow-through.
  • Experience working across multiple platforms simultaneously without losing task visibility.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation independently.
  • Strong written communication and fast response times.
  • High attention to operational detail and record accuracy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment with US-aligned hours.
  • Ability to operate without daily step-by-step supervision.
  • Must proactively escalate issues instead of waiting for ownership to discover problems.
  • Must be comfortable handling repetitive operational work consistently without quality dropping.
  • MLS experience is preferred but not required.
