Description

  • Create and execute retail marketing presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint templates.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams to gather and apply visual assets to client-ready decks.
  • Prepare materials for retail buyers and partners.
  • Communicate with suppliers, brokers, and retail buyers to support retail execution.
  • Coordinate retail placements such as in-store displays and secondary placements.
  • Support retail activation setups, including corrugated box displays.
  • Manage multiple projects across different retail channels and track progress against deadlines.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and act as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners.
  • Update forecasts and project data in Excel and maintain accurate operational reporting.
  • Drive execution forward and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to expectation.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, ideally with exposure to the US market.
  • Understanding of FDMC retail channels (Food, Drug, Mass, Club).
  • Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills for presentation building.
  • Solid Excel skills, including navigating and updating data.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Experience working with major US retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Costco is preferred.
  • Background in retail marketing or product placement is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy, template-based environment.
