Description

  • Support and coordinate country-level medical education programs with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth execution.
  • Organize event logistics including venues, travel, materials, demos, and hands-on technical sessions with medical devices.
  • Manage operational tasks such as budgets, compliance submissions (HCC), and physician reimbursements in collaboration with AP.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for physicians from registration through post-event follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues before, during, and after events.
  • Gather training needs and help define suitable program formats with cross-functional teams.
  • Track program KPIs, measure outcomes, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to colleagues and internal teams as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, medical device innovations, and best practices to improve operations and physician engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in events, marketing, business administration, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating medical events.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharma is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Cvent for educational events and registrations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple educational formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and physicians.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, measuring program success, and reporting outcomes.
  • Experience with Excel, data analysis, and BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time.
