Description

  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the founder and draft professional replies.
  • Handle routine inbound communications and make outbound calls when required.
  • Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, bookings, and meetings.
  • Assist with travel planning, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Research and identify PR influencers for product promotion.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts for marketing and influencer support.
  • Support execution of Google and Pinterest ad campaigns, including uploading ads and tracking basic performance metrics.
  • Conduct online research and handle ad hoc virtual assistant tasks across the business.
  • Take initiative to identify ways to reduce the founder’s workload.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Comfortable handling emails independently.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including ads and influencers.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Ability to work PST hours.
  • Experience with Google Ads or Pinterest Ads is preferred.
  • Experience sourcing or working with influencers is preferred.
  • Background supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands is preferred.
