Description

  • Plan and execute social media content across platforms.
  • Create and repurpose content into static posts, short-form videos, and other formats.
  • Brainstorm campaigns and social content ideas for the accounting and finance industry.
  • Coordinate content requests with internal subject matter experts.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content approaches.
  • Edit short-form videos and create basic graphics and social assets.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing coordination, inbound requests, task tracking, and ad hoc projects.
  • Update website content, web assets, marketing files, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and marketing setup for newly acquired firms.
  • Maintain HubSpot forms, lists, email workflows, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting social media marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively follow up, and troubleshoot issues before escalating.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, or email marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with website content management systems, professional services, accounting, finance, B2B companies, or remote U.S.-based teams (preferred).
