Description

  • Serve as the primary regional marketing contact for sales teams and distributors.
  • Execute national marketing campaigns within local Texas markets and maintain the regional marketing calendar.
  • Support retail, on-premise, trade promotion, and consumer activation programs.
  • Plan and coordinate sampling events, sponsorships, festivals, golf tournaments, venue activations, and community events.
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, permits, promotional materials, and product coordination.
  • Track event performance and deliver recap reporting.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, communication, training logistics, and deployment of regional brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate marketing-material production and installation, including signage, displays, menus, banners, and promotional items.
  • Manage vendors, project timelines, marketing budgets, invoices, expenses, and inventory.
  • Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, venues, and local organizations while identifying new activation and sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, event marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30–40%, including evenings and weekends for events.
