Description

  • Send scheduled email outreach sequences through Salesloft and track engagement in a master send document.
  • Review complimentary ticket applications against qualification guidelines and escalate flagged submissions to the manager.
  • Enter approved complimentary registrations into the backend registration system.
  • Add approved attendees to Google Calendar invitations and manage event reminder notifications.
  • Send personalized approval emails to attendees and a final BCC reminder before each event.
  • Support day-of-event coordination and logistics for the HOA event series.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States.
  • Strong written communication skills for attendee-facing correspondence.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail when managing lists, deadlines, and recurring tasks.
  • Comfortable learning and using Salesloft, Google Forms, an internal registration system, and Google Calendar.
  • Reliable and responsive during active event marketing periods.
  • Available for approximately 10–12 weeks per event, averaging 5 hours per week, for two 2027 HOA events.
  • Alignment with Bisnow's values, including curiosity, accountability, teamwork, discipline, inclusion, and strong communication.
