Description

Manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients and build long-term relationships.
Lead client onboarding and Shopify store setup projects.
Configure Shopify stores, including products, collections, navigation, shipping, taxes, and payment gateways.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on Shopify best practices.
Troubleshoot store issues and recommend practical solutions.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Deliver regular client updates and maintain clear communication throughout each project.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Project Manager within an e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Shopify stores from start to finish.
Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps, and store settings.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with Shopify Plus is desirable.
Knowledge of e-commerce integrations, including ERP, CRM, or fulfilment platforms, is desirable.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is desirable.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, or e-commerce reporting is desirable.
Experience working within a digital agency or supporting multiple e-commerce brands is desirable.
