Description

  • Own the brand’s growth strategy by analyzing Shopify data on customers, order frequency, top products, and seasonality, then turning insights into an actionable plan.
  • Lead and unify the work of the in-house content creator, newsletter specialist, and future SEO/Google Ads specialist around one consistent strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day customer service, including responding to about 5 customer emails per day.
  • Oversee review engagement in the Judge.me app and maintain the brand’s personal customer connection.
  • Monitor stock and forecast production needs across the 30-SKU collection using Shopify’s AI tools.
  • Provide clear, goal-oriented updates to the founder on progress, goals, and results.
  • Drive measurable revenue growth and own accountability for performance against revenue targets.
  • Balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution across website, social, and email/newsletter channels.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience growing a D2C brand through website, social, and email/newsletter channels.
  • Experience directly owning revenue growth and being accountable for business results.
  • Strong ability to work independently and solve problems without heavy oversight.
  • Senior-level experience directing other contributors and coordinating cross-functional work.
  • Genuine interest in customer connection and brand building.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills for reporting goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with daily execution.
  • Comfort with a remote full-time role.
  • Experience with Shopify and its analytics or AI tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Judge.me, SEO, or Google Ads is a plus.
