Description

  • Build, test, and ship high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  • Shape mobile architecture, patterns, and standards while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on REST and GraphQL APIs, contracts, and data-flow decisions.
  • Prototype ideas quickly with product and design, then turn validated concepts into durable features.
  • Apply a product engineering mindset and consider cross-platform impact from the start.
  • Use and direct AI-assisted development tools in daily work, and author skills and workflows that improve team velocity.
  • Contribute to code reviews and mentor other engineers.
  • Troubleshoot production issues end to end using observability tools such as Sentry and Datadog.
  • Support customers and field technicians by resolving mobile and cross-stack issues.
  • Work across multiple product areas while maintaining technical consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
  • Comfort working full-stack across backend services and APIs.
  • Strong software architecture and design skills with willingness to stay hands-on.
  • Experience collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Ability to prototype quickly with product and design and deliver well-built features.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and workflows.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Sentry and Datadog or similar.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience mentoring engineers.
  • Preferred: Experience authoring AI skills, building MCP integrations, or designing agentic workflows.
  • Preferred: AWS experience with AppSync, Lambda, and Cognito.
  • Preferred: Backend experience with TypeScript services such as Hono, Zod, and OpenAPI.
  • Preferred: Expert-level BLoC and advanced state management experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design.
  • Preferred: Local-first/offline data experience with Drift or SQLite.
  • Preferred: Native iOS/Android platform experience.
  • Preferred: CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or custom automation.
  • Preferred: IoT or Bluetooth integration experience for industrial devices.
