Description

  • Own customer accounts in your portfolio and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for customers and advocate for their needs across the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and value proposition.
  • Monitor account health and key KPIs to support adoption, alignment with customer objectives, and overall success.
  • Identify churn risk and take proactive steps to reduce or eliminate it.
  • Develop and present strategic success plans that meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to present progress against key success criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
  • Support customer onboarding, training, and initial user setup.
  • Meet quarterly retention and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • 2+ years of experience selling additional products and services to existing accounts.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner in both verbal and written forms.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and solve customer needs.
  • Experience consulting customers strategically, creating success plans, and achieving desired outcomes.
  • History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset and bias for action.
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Must embrace accountability and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and professional conduct.
  • Ability to travel domestically 15-20% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Ability to collaborate during core working hours in a distributed remote team.
