Description

  • Oversee the full post-sales client lifecycle from implementation and go-live through growth and renewal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, business model, challenges, and operating environment.
  • Design and execute engagement plans with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to day-to-day platform users.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create account plans and strategies for expansion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to different audiences.
  • Promote feature adoption, educate clients on product enhancements, and share best practices and success stories.
  • Represent client needs across Product, R&D, Support, and other internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve functional or workflow obstacles that limit adoption or growth.
  • Monitor progress, support forecasting, and uncover cross-sell and services expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles such as sales, client management, or client success, and/or strategy roles within financial or wealth management services.
  • Proven success in consultant, strategist, sales, or technical account manager roles driving revenue growth, adoption, and organizational change.
  • Experience leading large, sophisticated enterprise projects and managing complex relationships.
  • Exposure to technical products is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of front, middle, and back office operations in wealth management firms, including portfolio management, client reporting, compliance workflows, and operational efficiency tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring structure, discipline, and consistency to processes and operations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one, and visa sponsorship is not available.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
