Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for self-serve clients with questions about the StackAdapt platform.
  • Provide first-contact support for client requests, technical how-to questions, and critical incidents via phone, chat, and email.
  • Support clients in the successful delivery of their programmatic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to share data, insights, and feedback that inform product and service improvements.
  • Analyze data sources and product usage to provide client insights and support account growth and retention.
  • Resolve application, business, and technical issues while meeting established service level agreements.
  • Escalate complex incidents to other technical teams when needed.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles for common challenges.
  • Take initiative on tickets that can be completed without Development team assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and develop scalable solutions to recurring problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience; experience with internal service desks is a bonus.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analysis, or business/technical support.
  • Advanced knowledge or experience in digital advertising is highly preferred.
  • Digital IAB certification and Google Analytics certification are highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify root causes of technical issues and solve complex problems.
  • Experience working with complex databases is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with APIs and web app integration services.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or tracking platforms is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience providing training and explaining concepts to people with different levels of knowledge.
