Description

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Translate business goals into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach.
  • Own campaign execution end to end, including building and launching campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Build, test, and deploy campaign assets in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, workflows, and forms.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure proper segmentation, targeting, and timing.
  • Manage campaign workflows and triggers to support lead generation and nurture efforts.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and attributed.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Work closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce and HubSpot alignment for campaign tracking and lead flow.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns in real time through testing and channel adjustments.
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Ensure campaigns follow data usage, segmentation, and compliance best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and SaaS funnel metrics.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing-sales alignment.
  • Ability to manage both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building campaign reporting and attribution dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking, tagging, segmentation, and lead flow processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, content, design, and RevOps.
