Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect target companies in Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs and build trust-based client relationships.
  • Deliver clear, tailored product demonstrations that highlight the solution’s value for each sector.
  • Negotiate opportunities and close sales by clearly communicating business value.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to support satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Share market and customer feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve the offer and go-to-market approach.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and keep the CRM updated.
  • Work with clients across service, construction, transportation, and property management sectors.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate in person, by phone, email, and presentations.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with field prospecting.
  • Autonomy, perseverance, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel to Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, presentations, and video conferencing.
  • Experience selling to businesses in service, construction, transportation, or property management sectors is an asset.
  • Field sales experience is preferred.
