Description

  • Promote and sell Sequel’s product portfolio, including the twiist device, to meet or exceed business development goals within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists to drive new customer starts.
  • Make outbound sales calls to interested customers and explain product benefits and competitive differences.
  • Manage inbound queue calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored information and solutions.
  • Communicate product and pharmacy benefits to customers.
  • Manage customer communication throughout the product journey to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Complete required documentation and data entry in Salesforce.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Coordinate with field teams, doctor’s offices, and customers to support effective onboarding and share process improvement feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product-related fields.
  • Sales experience in a medical or health-related environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers through the pharmacy channel preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Experience providing remote support, particularly in a regulated environment, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Prior B2B or B2C experience preferred.
  • Able to work remotely, with occasional travel to the home office in Marlborough, MA.
  • Available for one East Coast or West Coast opening, working 9 AM to 6 PM local time.
