Description

  • Own new revenue for Orbit and close business directly as a hands-on operator.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound, webinars, events, partnerships, and PCR’s installed base.
  • Run deals end to end from discovery and demo through pilot, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell to cross-functional buying committees across IT, procurement, finance, and operations.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and a weekly operating cadence for pipeline and deal reviews.
  • Create and iterate outbound campaigns, messaging, and demand-generation tactics.
  • Turn customer feedback into product requirements, prioritization, integrations, and packaging inputs.
  • Partner with product and engineering to improve workflows, adoption, retention, and conversion.
  • Identify adjacent workflow opportunities, new modules, and next-product ideas beyond Orbit.
  • Build the repeatable sales playbook, including ICP, messaging, demos, objection handling, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 6 to 12+ years of B2B SaaS revenue experience with full-cycle closing.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline and deliver against a revenue target.
  • Experience selling into multi-stakeholder, multi-budget environments involving procurement, legal, and security.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • High ownership and operational discipline with consistent cadence management.
  • Experience in a startup, early-stage, or bootstrapped environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work with product teams and translate customer feedback into product opportunities and requirements.
  • Experience launching a new product or building a repeatable sales motion from scratch.
  • Higher education, public sector, or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, SAM, procurement, vendor management, or contract lifecycle concepts preferred.
  • Partnership or channel experience with resellers, associations, consultants, or ISV partners preferred.
  • AI curiosity and the ability to position AI-enabled workflows credibly preferred.
