Description

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in automotive software markets.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across dealerships, dealer groups, and related organizations.
  • Build and manage a structured, high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to transition mature opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to advance opportunities and share market feedback.
  • Bring market and customer insights into product and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrate understanding of dealership operations and DMS-related processes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven experience in automotive software, DMS, or related SaaS solutions.
  • Confident communication with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong CRM proficiency with systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style.
  • Understanding of complex software solutions and consultative selling approaches.
  • Experience in the software industry, ideally in automotive, mobility, or dealer-management solutions (preferred).
  • Experience working with public-sector or government clients (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, enterprise sales structures, and consultative selling (preferred).
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding lead and pipeline targets (preferred).
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and complex buying committees (preferred).
  • Comfort selling complex, multi-stakeholder software solutions (preferred).
