Description

  • Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support hospitality go-to-market objectives.
  • Align content and brand campaigns with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.
  • Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports campaigns and go-to-market motions.
  • Manage the creation, review, and publishing of content across ebooks, lead magnets, blogs, PR articles, email campaigns, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Work with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to maintain brand tone and product accuracy in every asset.
  • Maintain cohesive brand messaging and visual standards across all channels.
  • Plan and execute brand-driven campaigns, including product launches, webinars, customer storytelling, and partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, oversee timely execution, and manage distribution through HubSpot and other channels.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Present post-campaign insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS marketing.
  • Strategic B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in content strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and Webflow for content publishing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing freelancers, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Hotel technology background or experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Zapier for automation and Salesforce CRM / Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly, embraces new tools, and executes with ownership.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
