Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals.
  • Partner with Account Executives to lead the RFP process, proposals, and presentations for enterprise brands and agencies.
  • Drive upsells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers.
  • Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  • Provide regular reporting, strategic recommendations, and optimizations to help clients achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation and troubleshooting.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and help improve internal tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly to optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities.
  • Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training or education sessions.

Requirements

  • Extensive real-time bidding and programmatic advertising experience, including DSP and ad network exposure.
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or campaigns executed through a DSP as a self-serve user.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and helping grow revenue.
  • Experience working with multi-million-dollar budgets, including budgets over $10M.
  • Experience with the RFP process, including building proposals, working cross-functionally, and presenting concepts to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to up-sell and unlock new revenue streams across a book of business.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
  • Flexibility to travel to meet with clients within their region.
  • Entertainment and Auto vertical experience is a strong plus.
  • Remote-first role with a preference for candidates based in Los Angeles, California.
