Description

  • Own the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end engineering planning and delivery across product, platform, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the CRM and marketing technology stack, including internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Build data architecture and analytics capabilities for members and the business.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including third-party integrations with loyalty programmes and financial institutions.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a small high-performing engineering team.
  • Own security, compliance, and data governance within Swiss and EU regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other peers to shape and deliver new innovations quickly.
  • Identify, deliver, and iterate on AI and automation initiatives that drive business change.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in a consumer-facing digital business, ideally in travel, luxury, or memberships/subscriptions.
  • At least 6 years of experience leading high-performing tech teams.
  • Strong full-stack technical foundation, including the ability to write and review code and make architecture decisions.
  • Experience owning CRM or marketing technology systems, both proprietary and third-party, ideally Salesforce.
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of customer journeys, sales and marketing funnels, and business outcomes.
  • Proven experience identifying and delivering AI and automation projects that create transformational business change.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity and humility, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and learn from peers.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
