Description

  • Lead the wide-scale release of the proprietary platform and ensure it can scale globally to support 10K+ daily visitors.
  • Oversee end-to-end UI and UX development to deliver a sophisticated, intuitive user experience aligned with ultra-luxury standards.
  • Integrate AI and data analytics to enable hyper-personalized travel recommendations and service automation.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to protect sensitive travel and personal data.
  • Establish and maintain fortress-level cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards.
  • Oversee integration of IT systems across flagship properties to ensure a consistent guest experience.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies such as blockchain, VR, and IoT to enhance the platform.
  • Manage the technology roadmap as the business transitions from pilot to global scale.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global engineering and product team.
  • Manage technical vendors and third-party integrations, including APIs and secure payment gateways.
  • Partner with the CMO and CEO to align technology initiatives with growth, brand loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling premium platforms in travel, hospitality, or fintech.
  • Deep expertise in scalable architecture.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong background in advanced data security.
  • Ability to translate high-end brand requirements into elegant technical solutions.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Visionary problem-solving mindset with strong focus on performance and security.
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of Big Tech and ultra-luxury.
  • Preferred attributes include experience with elite lifestyle APIs, secure payment gateways, and luxury travel technology.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $180,000 - $250,000.
