Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion within the territory.
  • Learn and communicate the applications and value of Artera’s AI-based medical tests to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to inform sales positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on product launches and campaign alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that explain the benefits of the company’s solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science or business.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in oncology/urology (strongly preferred).
  • Preferred living location is Oregon for coverage of Oregon, Southern Idaho, and Montana.

  • Base salary of $165,000–$185,000 per year.
