Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Learn the company’s AI-based medical tests and clearly communicate their value to healthcare providers and patients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of personalized therapy solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science or business.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in oncology/urology is strongly preferred.
  • Location preference for Northern Chicago, Milwaukee, or Madison, WI.
