Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a growth strategy for FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, and Direct-to-Consumer markets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while representing Array as the face of the company.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Research prospect companies, markets, and client needs to tailor sales conversations and proposals.
  • Present persuasive sales proposals for Array’s consumer credit solutions to banking and credit union prospects.
  • Attend trade association meetings and industry conferences to build networks and identify opportunities.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences approximately once per month.
  • Use AI tools as a default part of the work process to move faster.
  • Prospect new clients, generate leads, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS and B2B sales experience, specifically in digital banking, credit services, or debt settlement industries.
  • Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships within financial services markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients or attend conferences, with expected travel about once a month.
  • A strong belief that AI is reshaping work and a habit of using it to accelerate execution.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in building long-term customer relationships.

  • Base salary of $100,000+ depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
