Description

  • Develop a growth strategy in collaboration with leadership that balances revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the face of the company by building and managing client relationships.
  • Apply sales strategies to promote Array’s growth and expand partnerships.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct product research to identify new markets and emerging customer needs within the vertical.
  • Research prospective companies and prepare sales discussions tailored to their business needs.
  • Present compelling customer sales proposals.
  • Maintain strong sales activity to exceed revenue goals and performance expectations.
  • Attend trade association meetings and industry conferences.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and product teams to align partner needs with Array’s solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B sales within fintech or fintech-adjacent areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect new clients, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Ability to explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
  • Creativity in approaching sales and building customer relationships in innovative ways.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience as an effective sales leader is preferred.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, digital brands, or fintech partners is preferred.
