Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic energy accounts across Europe as the primary relationship owner.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise opportunities within the European Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Energy sectors.
  • Build deep executive relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at large energy enterprises.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across multiple countries and regions.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups in regulated and infrastructure-heavy environments.
  • Deliver value-based presentations on the business impact of Armada’s AI and edge computing solutions.
  • Own pipeline strategy, forecasting, and CRM discipline for the European territory.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value strategic deals.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support post-sale engagement to drive adoption, expansion, and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7–10+ years of strategic enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on energy accounts in Europe.
  • Proven experience managing strategic or named European energy accounts.
  • Strong track record closing large, complex, multi-country enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling technology solutions such as AI, IT infrastructure, or edge computing into energy organizations.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • History of consistent quota overachievement.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting capability.
  • Self-directed and adaptable in high-growth environments.
  • Experience selling into regulated European energy markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message is preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of edge computing, cloud platforms, and AI/ML in industrial or energy contexts is preferred.
