Description

  • Act as the primary technical interface between customers and Armada's Product and Engineering teams.
  • Translate customer requirements, constraints, and feedback into actionable technical inputs and solution designs.
  • Provide technical guidance on Armada's AI Factory offerings, including Modular Data Centers, liquid-cooled designs, and GPU-based systems.
  • Understand customer workloads and advise on rack-level design, system architecture, and deployment tradeoffs.
  • Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops tailored to real-world operational constraints.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with engineering, infrastructure, IT, OT, security, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support renewable energy, power, and land-asset operators in evaluating AI compute hosting opportunities.
  • Engage AI datacenter co-location and Neocloud customers on capacity expansion and high-density deployment use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering on technical scoping and field strategy.
  • Share market and industry insights internally to inform product strategy and platform evolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience; advanced engineering degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data center engineering, infrastructure engineering, pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of compute, networking, and storage fundamentals, including AI and GPU-based systems such as NVIDIA DGX, HGX, or MGX.
  • Hands-on experience with data center systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience with liquid-cooled data centers and/or modular data center (MDC) designs.
  • Experience with racking and rack-level design considerations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, virtualization, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
  • Ability to navigate both OT and IT stakeholder environments, especially in energy, industrial, or infrastructure-heavy customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working in complex, live customer environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Expertise in modular or micro data center design and deployment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with power generation, distribution, energy economics, and remote or off-grid infrastructure constraints (preferred).
  • Background in or exposure to energy, utilities, oil and gas, industrial infrastructure, MSPs, or telcos (preferred).
  • Some familiarity with AI datacenter co-location or Neocloud operating models, GPU cluster economics, or high-density compute environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message (preferred).
