Description

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and stay active in the AI/ML community.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospects and communicate the Arize vision.
  • Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays and talk tracks to support pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors to inform outreach and deal strategy.
  • Manage proof-of-concepts, drive adoption, and expand existing accounts.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to support customer and deal success.
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and identify opportunities to expand workloads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle sales and navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn sales technologies used to find and attract prospects.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in limited-process environments.
  • Fast-paced, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly share observations from the field.
  • Team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration across Arize.
  • BANT or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
  • Previous selling experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning is a plus.
  • Ideal candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area, though the company is remote-first.
