Description

  • Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution across internal and external teams.
  • Execute and QA Klaviyo email campaigns, track performance, and summarize insights.
  • Manage retail copy, promotions, and listings across Shopify, Nordstrom, and Macy’s.
  • Write and optimize product listings and marketing copy using SEO best practices.
  • Support press coordination and influencer outreach timing with creative and PR teams.
  • Maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Google Sheets.
  • Partner with Finance and Ops on promo calendars, pricing accuracy, and launch readiness.
  • Manage workflow and deliverables in ClickUp to ensure visibility across teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, e-commerce, or campaign management.
  • Experience in lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, and ClickUp.
  • Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, creativity, organization, and proactivity.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Prior graveyard-shift experience with U.S. time overlap is required.
  • Preferably a graduate of a prestigious university in the Philippines.
  • Must complete the client’s skills test before an interview.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Php 60,000 to Php 80,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
  • Full-time remote work, Monday to Friday, on a U.S. CST schedule.
