Description

  • Organize, collaborate on, and execute regional events.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for event logistics, purchases, promotions, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate event supplies and shipping for all events.
  • Work with the team to promote events and drive registration using Marketo.
  • Communicate event status, logistics, deadlines, and budget updates to leadership.
  • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-up across pre-event, at-event, and post-event stages.
  • Maintain registration lists, the event calendar, and regional team updates.
  • Track and report on event and campaign metrics, including ROI and performance outcomes.
  • Provide administrative and onsite support for the marketing team and events as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and solicit marketing funds to sponsor events.
  • Adhere to GuidePoint Security core values and support other related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Marketo, Eventbrite, or a related marketing platform required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Gmail, and Google Cloud.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of leading events and associated campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills with colleagues, regional teams, and vendor partners.
  • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required to support larger marketing initiatives.
  • Sedentary work with extended computer use and repetitive hand and finger movement for at least 8 hours per day.
