Description

  • Serve as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for high-value clients.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with executive-level and senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare detailed performance marketing reports.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead weekly strategic planning sessions to review progress, adjust priorities, and mitigate risks.
  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively deliver solutions to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize workflows, processes, and delivery standards.
  • Represent the agency’s brand and values in all client interactions with professionalism and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital account management, client services, or business development, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to discuss paid media strategies across Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and demand generation platforms.
  • Experience engaging clients in detailed conversations about campaign performance, targeting, and optimization without additional resources.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise or high-value accounts with measurable results tied to growth and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including paid media, analytics, SEO, CRM, content, and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent English and the ability to communicate daily with U.S.-based clients.
  • Availability to work remotely 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during USA business hours.
