Description

  • Onboard, train, and motivate a team of business development professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience using insights and data-driven decision-making in the sales process.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and recognize the value of technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to innovate and create effective solutions.
  • Goal-oriented team player with a desire to succeed.
  • Remote work availability anywhere in Canada (remote-first role).
