Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of Arcadia’s platform, data flows, and system configurations to support enterprise implementations.
  • Validate data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders and lead data validation efforts.
  • Explain and troubleshoot common data and configuration issues and escalate risks with appropriate context.
  • Own scoped tasks and workstream deliverables, maintaining strong project hygiene and end-to-end accountability for assigned pieces of implementations.
  • Lead tactical client communications, prepare for and support client meetings, present clear project updates, and translate technical concepts into accessible business insights.
  • Proactively identify, flag, and manage blockers and risks using established playbooks and structured problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with peers and partners to manage dependencies, align on shared goals, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives and mentor peers as readiness for the Enterprise Implementation Manager role grows.
  • Anticipate potential delays, adjust plans proactively, and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure reliable execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and/or clinical data.
  • 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data; Excel proficiency expected and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to keep track of moving pieces.
  • Curiosity and coachability — asks questions and absorbs feedback quickly.
  • Follow all security policies and procedures to protect PHI and Arcadia intellectual property.
  • Exposure to healthcare operations, payer/provider workflows, or population health (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira (preferred).
  • Background in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles or familiarity with data visualization/BI tools (preferred).
