Description

  • Support account managers and client teams across digital marketing, website, branding, and technology projects.
  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines in Monday.com.
  • Build project boards, create tickets, assign tasks, establish dependencies, and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, blockers, and overdue tasks.
  • Coordinate work across design, development, marketing, strategy, and content teams.
  • Facilitate internal kickoff meetings and recurring status meetings.
  • Document meeting notes, decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Communicate project updates, scheduling concerns, and potential risks to relevant team members.
  • Maintain project briefs, status reports, milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Assist with resource coordination, workload conflicts, and capacity concerns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and collaborative digital tools.
  • Interest in improving processes and creating operational efficiencies.
