Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and track work orders through completion.
  • Follow up with vendors and tenants to ensure maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Schedule property inspections, maintenance visits, vendor appointments, and property showings as needed.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy updates.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records in the management system.
  • Assist with rent collection, payment follow-ups, and account inquiries when applicable.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, answer incoming calls, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in U.S. property management.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Propertyware, or Rent Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to overlap working hours with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a headset for frequent calls, a quiet workspace, and backup power for remote work.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and U.S. property management best practices (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance operations (preferred).
  • Experience supporting multiple properties or property portfolios simultaneously (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital documentation workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with leasing coordination, tenant screening, and lease documentation (preferred).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
