Description

  • Generate new business opportunities in the provider healthcare market for Arcadia’s Market Intelligence solutions.
  • Research and expand the prospect list using Definitive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sources.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
  • Identify leads and opportunities from prospect lists, discovery conversations, and independent research.
  • Build and maintain prospect relationships through outreach, follow-up qualification, and funnel progression.
  • Perform needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and position Arcadia’s solutions accordingly.
  • Lead contract creation, legal review, and signature processes with internal teams and client executives.
  • Build relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance throughout the deal cycle.
  • Maintain documented pursuit plans, accurate sales funnel records, and financial projections for pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in provider technology sales and business expansion.
  • Broad network of relationships within the health system, ACO, and CIN community.
  • Experience securing multi-year, 6-7 figure contracts with provider organizations.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level IT executives, physicians, executives, leaders, and staff in healthcare organizations.
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles of 6-18 months in enterprise environments.
  • Hunter mentality with experience owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closed business.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care.
  • Ability to work within a structured sales process, manage a qualified pipeline, and accurately project contract value, revenue spread, and close dates.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience with modern data tools such as dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, or Looker, preferred.
  • Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards, preferred.
  • Experience supporting analytics or data governance in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferred.

Benefits

  • $100,000 to $115,000 base salary.
  • Variable achievable commission.
  • $180,000 to $230,000 OTE.
