Description

  • Review and approve quote amendments, including pro-rata billing and contract alignment, to prevent post-sale escalations or credit notes.
  • Verify deal structures so quota credit and commission calculations are accurate for field representatives.
  • Lead the administrative build for larger bids and complex contracts.
  • Maintain high-quality Salesforce records by auditing data and unblocking locked opportunity lines where appropriate.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to improve pricing and contract-build processes and introduce automation that reduces administrative time.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for Finance to resolve customer queries that are blocking payment and help close aged debt.
  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies, auto-renewal issues, and credit note requests while protecting customer relationships and revenue.
  • Coordinate with Bid Managers on large tender opportunities to ensure operational support for responses.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Senior Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Contracts role.
  • Experience ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, with CPQ experience a distinct advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle complex commercial scenarios and debt-related queries with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional ability to explain contractual or system issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to make autonomous, sensible commercial decisions in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
  • Availability for a fixed-term contract role.
