Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and other channels.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, social graphics, presentations, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, and company events, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Monitor website traffic, social engagement, and key performance indicators using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets.
  • Support content creation, including copywriting for social posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and own special marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Support reporting and analysis of marketing performance data using spreadsheet tools and digital marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on marketing experience and readiness to own projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and desire to grow with the team.
  • Experience with core tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, digital ads platforms, and G Suite.
  • Preferred experience in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
