Description

  • Build and deploy internal tools using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Develop marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools.
  • Replace manual workflows with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) tracking.
  • Ensure accurate event tracking, deduplication, and attribution across systems.
  • Build pipelines connecting ad platforms, backend systems, and dashboards.
  • Apply AI to marketing workflows such as ad copy generation, lead scoring, and reporting automation.
  • Integrate and automate CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, and HubSpot.
  • Build systems that connect lead capture, follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
  • Ship quickly, test, iterate, and collaborate with media buyers to solve campaign and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack experience with React/Next.js and Python.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production-level tools and systems.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation systems.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing or ad tech environments, preferably agency or performance marketing.
  • Experience implementing or working with Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API (CAPI), including event tracking, deduplication, and attribution.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting systems for marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and automating CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close, or HubSpot.
  • Experience connecting ad platforms with CRM systems for attribution and reporting.
  • Builder mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Experience working in a performance marketing agency environment, preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid media metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates, preferred.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms, preferred.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and attribution challenges such as iOS/privacy changes, preferred.
