Description

  • Assist with onboarding new vendors by ensuring contracts, tracking links, assets, and game information are in place.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, dashboards, and internal documentation.
  • Serve as a primary contact for general partner inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Organize files, contracts, and communication history to keep partnership operations running smoothly.
  • Support competitive research on partners, game offerings, and market trends.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Coordinate partner-driven campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and content placements.
  • Collect and distribute creative assets, sweepstakes disclosures, and brand guidelines to partners.
  • Track campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and highlight basic trends for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or account coordination within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about sweepstakes, gaming, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Analytics teams.
  • Bonus point: a lifelong passion for sports and a deep understanding of how to engage fans.
