Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Build strong technical pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry engagement.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process and provide recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate interview processes and help ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Use recruiting data, market insights, and Greenhouse analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness and track pipeline trends.
  • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and candidate negotiation.
  • Partner with People Operations and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support high-growth hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter.
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently while remaining a strong team player.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience recruiting in the aerospace industry (preferred).
  • Experience scaling startups in highly competitive markets (preferred).
  • Experience working in an agency environment (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible to access export-controlled information under ITAR/EAR requirements.
