Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review through onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and role-specific requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy.
  • Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements.
  • Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support recruiting-focused employer branding through social media and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about government contracting hiring trends, labor market shifts, and clearance-related news.
  • Train and develop the team of interviewers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to understand and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to improve and streamline recruiting processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and critical thinking.
  • Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
  • Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS (preferred).
  • Proven success recruiting for cleared roles, including Secret, TS, TS/SCI, and CI Poly positions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with federal government contracting requirements, including proposal-based recruiting and compliance considerations (preferred).
  • Background in technical recruiting or direct experience in the technology industry (preferred).
  • Strong professional references, especially for candidates with shorter prior tenures (preferred).
