Description

  • Provide technical expertise for customer opportunities identified by the sales team.
  • Present AppOmni to technical teams and C-level decision makers.
  • Deliver technical demos to customer prospects.
  • Run and own customer Risk Assessments and Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements.
  • Lead technical conversations about SaaS security trends and emerging challenges.
  • Serve as the technical voice of Sales for SaaS security and compliance topics.
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing to shape requirements and product features from customer feedback.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Maintain relationships with AppOmni-supported SaaS security partners and vendors.
  • Support marketing activities and help create and maintain demo systems and demo guides.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a security system engineer, Solutions Engineer, or systems integrator.
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS solutions, such as SFDC, O365, Zoom, Box, Slack, Okta, Github, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • Demonstrable experience securing SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of API-based security and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience positioning, demonstrating, and configuring security products during risk assessment or POV engagements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical qualification and closing skills.
  • Experience in the enterprise security space and closing enterprise transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Experience understanding exploits, malware, ransomware, and their creation and activation.
  • Broad technical security and infrastructure background.
  • Programming and DevOps experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with channel partners and understanding a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Startup experience is a plus.

  • $220,000 - $240,000 OTE (base + commission) in the U.S., with higher compensation possible in higher cost-of-living markets.
