Description

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce configurations, custom code, and automation to support complex business processes.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other go-to-market tools and platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, design data models, manage data migrations, and establish governance across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build scalable solutions for lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for reliability and scalability.
  • Create technical documentation and train end-users and stakeholders on new features and best practices.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, accounting, legal, and customer success teams to translate business needs into system solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Systems Engineer with a focus on GTM or Revenue Operations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and Platform Developer I certification; Advanced Administrator and/or Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Objects, Fields, Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Security Model.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience administering GTM tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Xactly, DocuSign, Marketo, or Clari.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems such as NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, and governor limits.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or Gearset and version control concepts (preferred).
  • SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker, or data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery (preferred).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and security best practices (preferred).
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $190,000 USD annually.
