Description

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Build intelligent workflow automation and process optimization solutions.
  • Implement enterprise API and cloud integrations.
  • Contribute to AI-driven Salesforce solutions and Agentforce initiatives.
  • Support Data Cloud and customer platform modernization projects.
  • Design scalable and maintainable enterprise Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with international product, business, and engineering teams.
  • Work across modern Salesforce ecosystems in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Salesforce experience or a strong academic/project background for junior roles.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience for mid-level roles.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience for senior roles.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Knowledge of scalable development best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments.
  • Strong architecture and integration knowledge for senior roles.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native environments.
  • Salesforce certifications and experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or AI-driven automation are preferred.
